Mark Cassino Photography

I was surprised to find one of the areas I frequent in the Allegan Forest completely cut bare - the dead trees stacked up like, well, cord wood. I assume this is an effort to restore yet more Oak Savanna, which may bode well for the Karner Blues. It's still a sad sight to see so many fallen trees.
