We were driving to Boyne Mountain on World Pinhole Photography Day, 2008. I had the pinhole camera in the car, and stopped to get a shot of the giant trout fountain in Kalakaska, Michigan. That was only fitting since that was also the last day of the trout festival, which kicks off the start of the trout season each spring. The real trout in the Kalkaska area don't get to be quite this large - but they are pretty big!
